Refund Policy

All payments are final
HamroRentals charges a one-time success fee per signed lease (NRS 1,250 / for landlords, NRS 750 / for tenants), plus a listing fee (NRS 250) for landlords and an application fee (NRS 100) for tenants. Once a payment has been made, it is final and non-refundable. By completing payment you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after payment.
- The lease being cancelled or never commencing after payment.
- The counterparty failing to sign, move in, or honour the lease.
- Disputes between landlord and tenant.
Please review your order carefully before completing payment. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge or technical fault on our side), email admin@hamrorentals.com and we will investigate.
